1. Services

We provide a full creative experience for photographers and content creators:

  • Studio bookings for professional photo sessions.

  • Photography workshops to help you grow your skills.

  • Sale of cameras, lenses, and lighting gear.

2. Payments

  • All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) 🇦🇪

  • Payments are made securely through trusted online gateways.

  • For partial or installment payments, the full amount must be settled before the session or delivery.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You can cancel your booking up to 96 hours before the scheduled time for a refund 💸.

  • If canceled later, a entire fee deduction may apply.

  • Product purchases follow the Product Return Policy stated below.

4. Studio Responsibility

  • Users are expected to handle all gear and space with care 🙌

  • Any damage or negligence within the studio is the user’s responsibility.

  • CaptureHub is not liable for misuse or accidents caused by improper handling.

5. Product & Equipment Purchases

  • All items listed (cameras, lenses, lighting, accessories) clearly mention if they’re new or used.

  • Please read product details carefully before purchasing.

  • Used products follow a separate return policy (see below).

  • If there’s a manufacturing defect or performance issue, you’re entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund after inspection based on supplier return policy.

  • Refunds do not apply to damage from misuse after delivery.

  • Deliveries are handled by trusted couriers; CaptureHub isn’t liable for delays by the courier.

6. Used Camera & Equipment Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 3–7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be in the same condition, with no scratches or physical damage.

  • All original accessories and packaging must be returned.

  • The original invoice is required for all return requests.

  • For verified manufacturing defects, a replacement, repair, or refund will be offered after inspection.

  • Returns are not accepted for “change of mind” reasons after use.

  • Refurbished or open-box items are final sale unless not functioning or misdescribed.
