Studio rental Terms and Conditions - Capture Hub Studio

1. Legal Compliance & Content Policy

  • Prohibited Content: The user strictly agrees not to use the studio for any purposes that violate local customs, traditions, or involve the contempt of religions.

  • State Regulations: Any activities or content that contradict the regulations and orientations of the State are strictly prohibited.

  • Full Liability: The user (lessee) bears full and sole legal responsibility before the concerned authorities for any content produced or activities conducted within the studio premises.

2. Dress Code & Building Conduct

  • Modest Dress Code: Since the studio is located within a corporate office building, the client, crew, and models are required to wear modest attire that respects public taste while in the corridors and common areas.

  • Professional Environment: Clients must maintain a quiet environment to respect the privacy and operations of neighboring offices.

3. Booking, Payment, and Timing

  • Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the agreed payment online

  • Time Management: The booking period begins at the scheduled time. Any delays by the client will not extend the booking duration. Overtime is subject to availability and additional hourly fees.

  • Preparation: Setup, makeup, and styling time are included within the total booked hours.

4. Equipment Safety & Damages

  • Inspection: The client acknowledges that the studio and all equipment (lighting, furniture, props) were received in good, working condition.

  • Damage Liability: The client is financially responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss of equipment. Costs will be assessed based on current market rates for repair or replacement.

  • Seamless Backdrop: A fee of aed 50 per linear meter will be charged for any soiled or damaged paper backdrops.

5. General Rules & Cleanliness

  • Prohibited Materials: Smoking, incense, liquids, glitter, or confetti are not allowed without prior written approval.

  • Handover: The studio must be returned in the same clean and organized condition it was received. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.
