1. What areas do you ship to?
We currently ship to all locations within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
The total shipping time, including handling and transit, is 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday). Handling takes 1–2 days, and transit takes 3–7 days depending on your location.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, and bank transfers for larger orders.

6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. Once processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible, and our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in new condition.
8. How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy. Once approved, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
